Located in Calesa Township, Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) is the premier swimming, training, and competition venue in the Southeastern United States, hosting competitive swim meets from the local to national level. With over 82,000 sq. ft., FAST offers programs and training opportunities for all skill levels, from novice to experienced swimmers.
FIT TRAINING ROOM
Close to 2,500 sq. ft. of training space for FAST members and athletes. This training room is open during business hours, Monday through Sunday, and includes custom strength training equipment from PowerLift USA.
FAST NATATORIUM
Features an indoor heated 10-lane (50-meter/25-yard) Olympic-sized competition pool up to 1,200 spectator seats, and 800 bleacher seats on the deck for swimmers.
OUTDOOR POOL DECK
Features an outdoor “L-shaped” heated 50-meter/25-yard/25-meter pool by Myrtha™ Pools. Surrounding the pool are outdoor locker rooms, restrooms, covered cabanas with fans, and deck furniture perfect for enjoying the sunny Florida weather.
OUTDOOR SPRAY GROUND
The outdoor spray ground features an interactive and fun water feature for families to enjoy, which can be rented for kids’ birthday parties!
