Lease Satisfaction Program
With our lease satisfaction program, we are able to help get you out of your lease early when you buy a new construction home in Ocala, FL. We do this by satisfying the terms of your lease and making sure that you do not have any outstanding balances from your landlord, this way you are able to transition to your new home easier and smoother, and saving money in the process!
How It Works:
1. We request a copy of your lease so we can review it and determine the best way to satisfy the terms.
2. We communicate with the landlord to make sure they know about your move-out date when the time is right.
3. We are able to cover 1 to 2 months’ worth of rent according to the requirements of the lease.
