Michelle Martin, a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate for Calesa Township was one of the first Community Specialists to join the team and meet potential residents. Michelle was born at Whitemann’s Airforce Base in Knob Knobster, Missouri but grew up in Natchitoches, Louisiana. After graduating from Northwestern State University, Michelle spent 12 years in the education field. Ready for a change, Michelle began working alongside her husband, Randy, in the industrial construction sector. Her family had an amazing experience traveling the world for 13 years while working on mega-projects. Once they became empty-nesters, Michelle and Randy decided to settle down in Florida. Michelle received her license in 2020 and is starting her new home sales journey at Calesa Township.

For Michelle, the atmosphere and culture of Calesa Township fits her personality and passion perfectly. The team has bonded like family and she is ready to grow the family by helping future residents. Michelle is ready to share her passion and belief about Calesa Township in a compassionate and caring manner. All her past experiences have brought her to this pinnacle and her goal is for Calesa Township to be her legacy.

Heidi Bodkin

Heidi Bodkin is a licensed real Estate Sales Associate, and an experienced new construction expert. She was born in Milwaukee, WI and recently relocated from the greater Chicagoland area to make neighboring On Top of the World home for herself, husband and two kitties. Heidi enjoys cooking, travel, art and does paint and draw. “I have to believe in a builder and the homes they build to want to be part of their team. This team and company culture feels like coming home. I am so excited to be part of the Calesa Township sales team and continuing in a profession that I am passionate about. It is so rewarding to help others with such a personal and important decision as the purchase of their home. I love being their advocate and help them realize their dreams!”

Rachel Callegari

Rachel Callegari, Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Community Specialist at Calesa Township grew up on Long Island and attended college in Syracuse, NY but quickly relocated to beautiful Ocala where she raised two children. As a lifelong educator and local coach, she looks forward to helping children and families attain goals and fulfill dreams. As an adult, triathlons tested Rachel’s will, but now she seeks that adrenaline on the Appalachian Trail, hiking over 300 miles over the last three summers. But it’s being a mother that is most satisfying to her; time with her young-adult children whether paddle boarding, playing with pups or eating a home cooked meal is precious to her.

Rachel can’t wait to guide active families into Calesa Townships’ unique lifestyle as she’ll be cheering on those who choose to swim, bike, run and hike right here on property!

Michael McKinney, Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Community Specialist at Calesa Township is from Kansas City and has lived all over the East Coast. Most of his career has been spent designing the interiors of retail giants such as Macy’s and Bloomingdales, combining his love for fashion with his Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. For the past 5 years Michael transitioned his love of interior spaces, architecture and design into a passion for real estate. The opportunity to help people fulfill their dreams of owning a well-designed, well-constructed home in a brand-new community such as Calesa Township is his dream come true.

Toni Bensinger

Toni Bensinger, Licensed Real Estate Associate and Community Specialist at Calesa Township was born and raised in Inverness, Fl. Toni studied radio broadcasting in college but with a background in sales and a family full of Realtors, she knew her calling was in the real estate industry. In 2016 she became a licensed realtor and has been active since.

“I model my business around one simple quote, To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.” Customers are never just a number or sale to me, I do this because I love assisting families achieve the American dream of homeownership.

Jill Kent

Community Specialist

Jill was born and raised in NYC and went to college on Long Island where she received a Bachelor Arts degree in both Marketing and Management from C.W. Post College. While finishing her degree she worked for the United States Tennis Association in Flushing, NY. Working the U.S. Open Tennis Championships is where she learned her invaluable customer service skills through her interactions with athletes, coaches, corporate hospitality suite attendees and sponsors. After graduating Jill pursued a career in marketing financial services, which took her from New York to Boston and then Denver. She spent the last 15 years in commercial lending for a large bank. Working directly with the commercial real estate group Jill became well-versed in construction projects during the development of multifamily, mixed-use, retail and hotel projects with some of the best companies in Colorado.

Jill’s background in commercial real estate and marketing lends itself well to a new home sales career at Calesa Township. Jill enjoys spending time with her horse, riding dressage and spends all her free time at the barn.

Dylan Williams

Senior Community Advisor

Dylan is a Senior Community Advisor at Calesa Township. Originally from Riverview, FL, this is his first foray into the real estate industry, and  and he is excited and extremely grateful for the opportunity to learn at such an innovative master-planned community as Calesa Township. Dylan played college football at Peru State College in Peru, NE as an outside linebacker for two years, and then as fullback and tight end.

Dylan comes to the team with 3 ½ years of previous sales experience in retail and cell phone management.

Dylan models his professional career after the Golden Rule: “Treat others how you would want to be treated, and goes out of his way to make sure that every customer feels welcome and comfortable. The culture of Calesa Township suits his philosophy as everyone is kind and hard-working, which is the same example he set growing up for his 5 younger siblings and now, with his new wife and daughter.  Dylan is looking forward to being part of the legacy that is Calesa Township, watching it grow from its infancy stages, to a fully developed and built out community,

Kate Benzant

Kate, who was born and raised in Rhode Island, is just beginning her career in new home sales. Kate, a “second-generation” Colen Built employee, is thrilled to begin building her career alongside her new team members, whom she already thinks of as her extended family, and is looking forward to meeting future Calesa Township residents as they begin their new home journey.  A passionate learner, Kate is looking forward to learning all aspects of real estate, from homebuilding to new home sales, and is excited knowing that she will help customers fulfill their dreams of homeownership at Calesa Township.
